Sandplay Therapy is a powerful, hands-on therapeutic approach often used to support individuals who have experienced trauma or are navigating mental health challenges. Sessions take place using a tray of sand—similar to a small sandbox—and a wide variety of miniature figures and objects. You are invited to create scenes or representations that reflect aspects of your inner world, life experiences, or personal stories.
Together, we gently explore the world you’ve created, uncovering the symbolic and metaphorical meanings behind the elements you’ve chosen. This process can lead to deep insights, helping you better understand your beliefs, patterns, and even discover new perspectives or solutions.
